French Windows lead out from the sitting room onto a sunny patio, inviting you to step outside and enjoy the fresh countryside air. This features dining table and chairs, plus comfortable sun recliners. This area is in full sun throughout the day and is a great place to enjoy al fresco dining, whether breakfast, lunch or dinner. An awning is available for a little shade on the hottest of days in the sun!
Opposite the patio is a private garden, where you can enjoy the sunshine from morning till sunset.
Dartmoor View is a shared seating area, with sun loungers providing shade on a hot afternoon. Also great for a sunny morning breakfast.
The patio is also a perfect area for a yoga or meditation practice, as is Dartmoor View, both of which attract the early morning sun.

    "Georgina's cottage is stylish, beautifully decorated and equipped with the latest gadgets. There is also a lovely patio and garden for the guests' exclusive use, and these are great places to watch the sunset over Bodmin Moor. Being in the country you can enjoy a breathtaking starfield on a clear night, and the sunrises over Dartmoor are stunning. Georgina herself is an excellent hostess, keen to ensure everything is just perfect for your stay, but at the same time making sure your peace and quiet isn't disturbed.     "The Cottage is very well appointed and comfortable with all modern amenities. Location is rural and quiet but only a mile or two from the A30 Oakhampton/Launceston Road. It would be an excellent central location to explore North or South coast or Dartmoor. So we went down South as far as Tavistock and up to Bude in the North. The countryside is pretty with rolling hills and single track roads and lovely little villages. Location is adjoining the main house but feels very private and has great views over the countryside. The cottage is a few minutes drive from the main road and is very quite and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing vacation. We could only stay one day in the cottage during the sunset time (due to busy schedule we planned for Cornwall), but I highly recommend sitting outside to enjoy the view of beautiful Cornwall sunset! The cottage itself is well maintained with great amenities and decor. Georgina and her husband are very kind and they also let us borrow few blankets ahead of the play at Minack theater.
